In these Terms and Conditions we inform you of the conditions of use of this site. If you do not agree with the conditions set out here, you must not access or make use of the site. We may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and the continued use of any part of this site after notification will imply your acceptance of the changes.

Privacy

The visitor authorizes Botonalia.com the use and computer processing of the personal data that you provide through your use of the site, which will be used only for the formalization of the sale and subsequent business relationships. This site does not share or disclose the information obtained, except when it has been expressly authorized by the customer or when requested by the competent authority, after compliance with the legally established procedures. In any case, the customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided to us. The customer may exercise the rights of access, rectification and cancellation of their personal data, in accordance with the provisions of current regulations, by sending an email to info@botonalia.com. Catalog and product information

We do everything in our power to provide accurate information about our items for sale, both in the product descriptions and the graphic information. However, it is possible that some differences of color are found in certain items, which may be affected by the digital reproduction, the monitor settings, etc. Therefore, the images should only be considered as an approximation of the actual colors without any contractual value. In some of the pictures we might have included external elements, such as coins, rules or dolls, whose sole purpose is to establish a visual comparison of the size of the items on sale.

Prices

Prices to be paid by our products will be the ones showing in our catalog at the moment of completing the order. We show prices with the corresponding VAT already included. We reserve the right to modify prices of the products at any time and without notice En todos los artículos se muestra el precio con el I.V.A. correspondiente incluido. Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar los precios de los productos en cualquier momento y sin previo aviso, without such modifications affecting the orders already completed and/or in the process of being shipped. We will charge only the amount corresponding to the items purchased with the corresponding VAT in each case, and adding the corresponding amount for handling and shipping costs. The completion of the order implies compliance with such expenses by the buyer.

Shipping and handling costs

Depending on the shipping area, there are several shipping methods available. Shipping will be organized by Botonalia according to the rates and conditions exposed HERE.

We accept orders from the following areas:

  • Metropolitan France
  • The Netherlands (12 main provinces)
  • Italiy

  • Republic of Ireland
  • Denmark

We do not accept orders from Canarias, Ceuta, Melilla, Portugal islands, French overseas territories or The Netherlands independent territories. For all areas, we reserve the right to reject orders which destinations are not accepted by our carriers, either for being confusing or for any other logistical reasons.

The order will be normally dispatched within 24-48 hours after receipt of payment. In most cases we will ship next working day after payment.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal expenses. In general, packaging is done in a padded envelope for smaller orders and in small to medium size boxes for other orders, as necessary.

The delivery times of the different shipping methods are indicative and do not constitute a guarantee unless expressly stipulated. Failure to comply with the delivery time does not entitle the buyer to receive any compensation or to cancel the order. Once the buyer has received the order, the right of withdrawal can be exercised.

The buyer is responsible for the delays caused by the introduction of erroneous or incomplete data in the delivery address, as well as for any additional expenses that may arise for this reason.

Payment methods

Bank Transfer

When placing the order, the buyer will receive an email with the details of the bank account to make the deposit or transfer.

The buyer must clearly indicate the order number for the payment when making the deposit or transfer. The shipment or the order will be made as soon as the payment has been received in the bank account. 

The bank that performs the transfer could charge commissions to the buyer.

The period of validity of the budget and the reservation of the products is of 5 working days from the formalization of the order. If the aforementioned period elapses and the store has not received the agreed payment, the order will be considrere canceled for all purposes without the need of any communication in this regard.

PayPal Payment Services

Without any expenses or commissions for the buyer.

Payment can be made through a PayPal account or using a Credit Card (without the need to create a Paypal user account).

When this form of payment is used, the order will be automatically formalized and the process of shipping will start immediately.

Payment by Gift Certificate

This payment method is not currently activated. It will be enabled shortly and its specific conditions and rules of use will be presented here.

Other Payment options

We do not accept cash on delivery payment method.

Returning defective or incorrect products

In the case of defective items, incomplete shipments or any other circumstance clearly attributable to the seller, the incident must be communicated by email to ventas@botonalia.com within 48 hours from the receipt of the order. In the shortest possible time, we will contact the buyer to reach a satisfactory solution.

Withdrawal of purchase

If the buyer is not satisfied with the products purchased, there is a period of 14 days, counted from the time of receipt, to withdraw from the purchase. This right of withdrawal will be exercised following the steps indicated in the WITHDRAWAL PROCESS, and adjusted to the Law.
